    Description:

    FULL STORY ======================================================================

    Surf privately and safely with the best mobile hotspots for 4G and 5G mobile data connections. Although free hotspots in public spaces are readily available now, theyre not going to be as secure as your home or office network.

    Much like a smartphone's SIM card , the data-only mobile hotspots allow you access to the internet in complete security, making them ideal when you want to work on the go. You do have to pay for the service, however. But, you can choose between a a monthly contract, a pay-as-you-go SIM or even a day pass, so you know exactly how much data you are paying for.

    With more and more of us now working remotely, having a reliable connection
    is paramount, and the best mobile hotspots can help enable that. Theyll give you that connectivity when and where you need it without putting your
    security and privacy in danger.

    Another good thing about the best mobile hotspots is that 4G data is impressively fast, so you'll be able to browse the internet as if you were connected to a broadband connection. It means it will also often be faster than free or shared Wi-Fi spots, which usually have data limits and a lot of traffic to deal with.

    This year has already seen much wider coverage and support for 5G , which has the potential to offer network speeds that are comparable to broadband internet.

    So fast, in fact, that a good 5G mobile hotspot could even replace your broadband connection in the future. 5G is the latest generation of mobile internet, offering speeds that are far faster than 4G data connections. While 5G in the UK is in its infancy, there are not currently many 5G mobile hotspots, but as more become available they'll be included in this list as long as they are good enough.

    Mobile hubs range from a simple one SIM solution with a battery to models
    that can accommodate 10 different SIM cards or SIM only deals , or others
    that even sport a complete Android operating system. Weve also rounded up the best mobile broadband deals Check out the best powerline adapters for expanding your network Best mobile hotspots (Image credit: Inseego) 1.

    of up to 20 hours.

    If that wasnt good enough, its also the only hotspot that were aware of that comes with a microSD card slot (sadly taking FAT-formatted cards only) and an Ethernet port. These are the best wireless routers
