    A little more info would be helpful. Is the Control Panel running
    without errors?

    No errors, everything seems to be running fine, I just can't login from the console.

    I agree with this statement.
    No errors, everything seems to be running fine, I just can't login from the console.
    If I were you I would check to see the other post that EChicken told you to go look at.
    Also have you done anything to your computer or anything to synchronet?
    I think it may have something to do with your telnet program. See if it is installed (stock one for xp) and even if it is, try reinstalling the program.

    Totally the wrong sub-board for this question. And the third time I've seen this same posting from you. I did reply elsewhere, basically to the tone of "you can safely ignore that menu option unless you really really want to be able to launch a telnet connection that way." :)
