Howdy all.. I finally got Syncterm to compile on Linux. o.O
TLDR: Compiling from source gz never worked. However, checking out the git repo
and compiling worked like a champ. *shrug*
Basically, I kept getting the same error about an undefined reference to 'pthread_yeild' when trying to compile, didn't matter what version of the source, or even telling it the src location, etc..
Also.. something else I found out quickly was that by default it was using X11 video output.. which is fine however I could barely see the text because of my old eyes and crazy screen resolution.
This was fixed by changing the config to use SDL instead of auto.. now I can resize the window and it actually resizes. Default on my machine I could go with default size or fullscreen..
Anyhow, figured that might be helpful for some.. been using Syncterm on my mbp.. and netrunner on linux.. and wanted to have both on linux.. so finally sat down and 'figured it out'
