In response to a growing trend of Dark Mode for applications an Operating Systems, Microsoft has today announced the immediate availability of a new Total Darkness Mode for Windows 11.
We heard a lot of you like dark mode, stated Microsoft CEO, Satya Nadella.
So we made the darkest dark mode humanly possible. Youre welcome. Screenshot of Windows 11 in the new Total Darkness Mode.
We went through a lot of iterations before we got it just right, said one of the designers working on the new look for Windows 11. We kept making it darker and our CEO kept telling us to keep going. He really encouraged us to push the envelope. To see just how dark we could make it.
The response to Total Darkness Mode has been overwhelmingly positive, with many users praising the new, bold look.
In response, Ubuntu Linux has announced a new look for their Linux based Operating System dubbed Just a Lot of Orange.
