The price of the Series X console is frankly ridiculous right now, going for upwards of 499.99.

The PS5 Slim, in contrast, has had its price slashed to just 479.99 (was 569.99), handily undercutting Microsoft .

Yes, the Series X is technically more powerful, but the PS5 benefits from
what is, in my eyes, a much more exciting controller, and a library of brilliant console exclusives including Ghost of Yotei and Marvel's Spider-Man 2 .
