I spent a few years living by the ocean and would regularly go swimming along the shoreline, but I dont think I ever thought about what was beneath my feet on the seabed.

However, on TikTok recently I saw some underwater footage of exactly where I used to go swimming and was shocked to see thousands upon thousands of starfish it was quite a strange sensation thinking they were likely there
the whole time.
