Time spent on GenAI apps has also more than doubled in one year, from 17.2 billion hours in the first half of 2025 to 36 billion hours in the first half of 2026.
Conversely, the company also warned that ChatGPT uninstalls had surged following the company's agreement with the Department of War, marking poor consumer trust.
