Season 6 started filming earlier in 2026 Clarkson's Farm season 5 episodes 7 and 8 are now streaming on Prime Video but they come with the shocking conclusion that Jeremy Clarkson has been diagnosed with cancer.

The diagnosis is revealed halfway through episode 7, when Jeremy tells Kaleb and Charlie that he will be away for a significant portion of the year's harvest. He describes the cancer as "aggressive" but "very early stages," hoping to be "in and out" for an operation in July 2025 but having known

This ties in with the comments Jeremy made about the crew being "worn out"
and needing a "filming break" that he made during the same month.

Nothing further is mentioned until the very last scene of episode 8, when an ambulance arrives at Diddly Squat. We cut to Jeremy in a hospital bed, who explains that his cancer treatment has gone "awry." "If all goes well, I'll see you for season 6," he signs off with. "If not, I won't. Take care, everyone." The scenes make for distressing viewing, with even Jeremy himself weighing in on Instagram that the final season 5 episodes are a "difficult watch."
