It is time for the great Lunduke Journal Computer Nerd Survey of 2023 !

The purpose of this survey is to provide a snapshot of the world of computer nerds at this specific point in time -- the results will be utilized in articles published by The Lunduke Journal of Technology. Take The Computer Nerd Survey of 2023

Think of this like a "Computer Nerd Census".

Sort of.

Topics range form Operating System usage to political affiliations to if you have kids or not. Seriously. The questions are all over the map .

There are no wrong answers! Be honest, and feel free to skip any questions
you don't feel like answering.

Now, this is important:

All results are 100% anonymous.

All questions are optional (skip any that you dont like).

The responses will not be sold.

While this survey is using Google Forms, you do not need to be logged into a Google account in order to use it.

All questions are shuffled and presented in a randomized order.

The results of this survey will be analyzed and results will be posted
again, totally anonymous for all participants here on The Lunduke Journal of Technology.

What operating systems are nerds really running?

Are they allowed to choose their own OS, for their work computers, by their employers?

What desktop Operating Systems bring their users the most joy?

Are there some groups (ages, parents, political leanings, etc.) who are more likely to use certain smartphone systems?

Who is more passionate about Open Source parents or people without kids?

So many things we can learn!

I published a similar survey several years back with many thousands of
people taking the time to answer the questions. It will be highly
interesting to see what has changed in the years since!
