Howdy,

For the folks on Hub 2, I've flicked the switched and moved you all over to clrghouz. I plan on retiring my hpt/binkd fidohub sometime in the future and I had to start somewhere :)

Got your Netmail and signed up. My config was already correct and I managed to claim my system. Awesome looking interface and very cool! :)

Thanks. There's still a few niggling things that I need to fix/improve, and I'll get there eventually.

My goal is self service, so any ideas to improve on that are welcome...

I sent you all netmails before I did the move, and saw them all gone from my outbound - so hopefully this isnt a surprise for you.

If you notice any issues please let me know. I'll monitor it more closely over the next few days to see if there is anything not right anyway...

DaveW you're on hub 3 not hub 2, so this is not going to affect you in any way. You should be on Crash not hold, I already set that for you at hub 3.

Are you having any issues still?

Hopefully the message was self explanatory?

If you set yourself to "Crash" or "Normal", my system will try to poll at (increasing) intervals over 2 days or so - well 5 times. If after the 5th time I cant poll you, then you'll be put on "auto hold" (so I no longer poll) and it will send you a netmail.

When you poll in to collect mail, you should come off "auto hold" and I'll start polling again.

If you keep getting that message, then it means that I cannot poll you - either because the details I have are incorrect, or you have a firewall that is blocking me (or something else). (So double check via the web UI that I have the right details).

I've only just implemented that, so I may need to keep an eye on it to make sure that it's doing what I hoped above :) So if the details I have on you are correct and you keep getting it, I'll need to debug it further. :)

DaveW you're on hub 3 not hub 2, so this is not going to affect you in any way. You should be on Crash not hold, I already set that for you at hub 3.

DaveW gets FSX from clrghouz - but I'm curious, what address did my system use to send you a netmail - that might be where the confusion is?

Actually after posting this, the message sank into my brain. I was very tired and actually not feeling well (got the covid!!). :)
The question about the "Normal" vs "Crash" was a curiousity though. :) Thanks for the clarification.
