Oh man, I use to be a PCBoard SysOp back in the 90's. I'm going to check out your PCB setup and see what it's all about! I installed PCBoard 15.? I forget exaclty what version I own before trying Syncronet and then finally deciding to go with Mystic.

I ultimately ended up choosing Mystic due to the echomail/fidonet groups, however now I see that's possible in PCBoard 15.x and it blows me away. I'm really curious to know what some of the biggest limiting factors are with running PCBoard in comparision to Mystic from someone like yourself that's actually doing it!

Have run many BBS types over the years starting with C=64 days LOL
But PCBoard was my last active bbs into late 90s & tinkered with mystic &
synchronet over the years. Always liked mystic more & was always trying to
incorporate my PCBoard stuff into Mystic, but not being a programmer it was
mostly just ansi modding. PCB v15.3 i believe im running :)
As much as I like my PCBoard, Im not as fond of the ONE menu/area idea.

Being DOS 16bit based was the main issue in todays age, use to run under
OS/2 back then & that was alot easier even today, but i was having issues
I couldnt fix, so Win7 32bit I run all under & strugged with BATCH files &
stuff for a while & finally got it all working.
Mystic does make echomail easy with everything built in thats for sure.
Qfront & Pcboard I found worked easier for me, have run other routes before
too. If pcboard was my main bbs, i would probably do a few things
differently, since I cheat & used mystics Events to copy & do certain PCB
things LOL Since i dont use PCB to send/recieve echo feeds, mystic does that
    all :)
But thanks to this pandemic, I did get my PCBoard up & running at least,
which I strugged with before & in a way gave up trying & why i tinkered with
    mystic.
