    Yep, it looks good on the BBS or news server here but in golded/msged I see something like what you quoted back.

    I'm not sure if the world is ready for UTF-8 just yet.. :)

    What is plan 9?

    Plan 9 is an operating system – UTF-8 was first implemented on Plan 9 in 1992 :)
