    Yes that's not a bad way to go (VMWare, not HyperV though). If you can run
    ESXi on a host that you dedicate as a hypervisor that would really rock for you.

    Or, KVM with Proxmox is pretty awesome too, and you're not limited to
    licensing issues that you would have with VMWare. They really restrict what
    you can utilize in a machine like, how many cores, etc., using the free license, and I'm just not a fan of anything Microsoft (HyperV), but those are personal prefs and I know a lot of folks incorporate "The Darkside" in their infrastructure lol.

    I think, if you're going to migrate, rather than deploy a fresh VM, you want
    to move it as a VMDK instead of what VirtualBox uses as native disk format.

    Wow, this is an old post, I migrated to KVM on a Linux based machine.
    Migration went well, everything runs as expected. Looking at Proxmoxx for my other VM's...

    OK, it's an old post as Bucko says, but from what I've seen A47 is getting close to release. It has new features like the marquee and fully working
    mis poll and Event system. My system is running fine with no help from cron
    now using only Mystic A47 (version below in tagline). So the prediction
    is A47 will be soon released ;)
