Version 0.19 is out now.

Animated prompts use the RCS Pause Prompt style format, and are placed in gfiles/pause the file name can be anything, the bbs will pick a random
file and display it as an animated prompt.
If you don't like animated prompts, just delete the pause folder, and it
will fall back. There is now an example animated pause prompt with the
source / win32 dist folder.
The new user lua script uses a new bbs_get_user_attribute function, which
has been added in v0.19. This can get any type of attribute from the
database. Also to support it, Talisman now adds a "first_on" attribute
which is the timestamp of the user's first login.
Exisiting users don't have this attribute, so only new users from the
time you upgrade will show up in the addon.
I will update the documents in the next few days, but I wanted to have
the v0.19 out for the weekend as the Postie & Squish fixes are kind of important.
