    I'm subscribed to this echo even though I don't have a license, I
    couldn't find the time yet to get it.

    Well that is understable. Not sure where on the planet you are. If you
    are in the US. The Tech License is extermely easy to get. I think it is
    still 35 question test. I am not 100% sure since I had my license for
    quite some time and I have not keep up current license requirements.

    Still not having the time is something I think we all can understand.
    I know for myself, it's been hard to allocate time for it since the wife
    and I have been focused on trying to the home in order where we like it.
    I am still hopeful that I can do something in the hobby sometime this
    year.

    I'm in Argentina, you have to pass a practice test. Mostly those practices are done in local radioclubs and in selected schedules, the problem is that I don't have any close to home and I can't go there at those hours.

    That sucks that the hours do not work for you. Hopefully at some point in the future it will work out for you.

    Unlike programming, Human languages don't exact any meaningful consequence if you get it wrong, unless you're in class or a profession that requires it. An all-to common malady, unfortunately.
