    For me growing up it's always be biscuits (not cookies) and rubbish (not
    trash) and lollies (not candy) those (I think) are the main ones I really notice a lot. :)

    It's fish & chips here or just F&C ... and french fries are also used but
    more so when you're buying them as frozen goods from the supermarket to put
    in the oven at home... so frozen french fries or frozen oven fries (more
    often)

    A tea biscuit is kind of like a savoury scone, often (but not always) has cheese baked into them. They're very light and flaky, best eaten warm out of the oven.

    It's a very simple recipe, usually just flour, salt, milk, butter & baking powder (and shredded cheese if that's your thing, it's certainly my thing).

    I tend to think of Tea Biscuits more as a "Dry" sweet biscuit.. never heard or Rich Tea or Bourbons before... Custard Creme and Digestives are borderline tea biscuit in my notebook. :)

    Hmm malted milks are lush too, scotch fingers a nice, but not really something I'd dunk though, shortbread is too nice to dunk... I like to just eat it as it is =)
