    That's really the best way to deal with it.

    When I was losing my weight, I got rid of all the junk food. There was no ready-to-eat food around. Everything had to be prepared in some way.

    I could still go out to buy some when I wanted to, though. But that would require me to put socks on, shoes on, walk out to my car... Ya, the heck
    with that.
