I would still think that if companies that "really really" want you, they will pay the costs of a move.
One time I moved for a job, and the company reimbursed me
for the costs of the move. However, from what I was
advised, my reimbursement was considered income and was
thus taxed.. so after taxes were taken out, it didn't
fully cover the costs of the move for me.
