I did the BBQ thing and some of my kids brought food over (pot luck) also so it worked well... the summer we're having has been average over here but perhaps next week we may see a few more blue sky days.

Yesterday, I took a post-holiday drive to get out of the house and

I was thinking the same. It would be nice to experience that for a change but I do like my snowy Christmases. We've had a few warm ones here in NY recently but this year we got some small snow beforehand that stuck around.

I wonder if Corona will ever retirethat commercial? I feel like it's become a yearly part of the season like the M&M's "They do exist!" commercial. (Not saying I want them to, I'd like them to keep it). The only other two commercials I can recall tha have the same staying power is the Cadbury Bunny one and the Tootsie Roll one..

..I suppose you could also put in the "Mr Owl..." one but I haven't seen that in a number of years now.
