Hmm alright, having had a quick crack at cold turkey and not
finding it very palatable. I'm presently on ~half doses of my
regular tramadol... so far so good, I'm pretty shot by the time the
next dose is due but thats probably better than having an over
abundance.
WE're having great weather in Aus. The more northern sections of
the east coast are having storms, king tides, and watching the
beaches was away... some 4 or more metres had disappeared last I
checked in on it. While down here south of the border, the
Mexicans are having a string of 30c+ days. I'm looking forward to
the cool change due tomorrow or the day after.
Sabretooth has been thermaling out. Whats new? I gave in and gave
it a new home. The case it was in was a relic from about the
original I-Mac days when PC's suddenly got some painted metallic
looking cases. This one is green and vaguely creamy beige. Looks
spiffy in a retro kind of way but its not the most ventilated. Its
been rehomed in a Cooler Master Centurion of some model. I suspect
around Mk3 or 4. Its much the same case as daily drive but all
black whereas daily has some silver on it too. Its looking much
happier.
A Friend o' mine, yup still got one or two, bought himself one of
these fangled ARM powered Mac-Mini's. He's exceedingly happy with
it. Out performs its predecessor an intel powered Mini.
Apparently crunching just as hard as Intel, for far less heat and
power. He's thinking if they stick, there's going to be blood in
the water as Intel tries to figure out what to do next. I s'pose
to some degree AMD would be in the same boat, but they have the
wood on Intel already at the moment, so they've got the high
ground, Apple seems to be heading for the middle ground.
The church is giving me the irrits. We've got eased COVID
restrictions so its pretty much a full house. On the plus side not
so many watching online. Bt it means the house band is back at full
strength. Week 1 the bass guitar shakes the living daylights out of
the camera, and I rename them "The Cam Shaker" band. 2nd week no
bass guitar, but the keyboard is pushing out the same kind of
volume and rhythm making up for it. And once again it shakes the
camera around. No sign of any effective solution yet, when its
going on you can feel the baseline through the bench and all. :/
They're still forging ahead with new cameras something like so
https://bird-dog.tv/p100-overview don't quite see the fascination
myself. Think even more it'll be time to retire when they arrive.
Their website is looking prettier, I found for forum software and
added it in. But its proving difficult to get content from them to
put on it. Tired of asking. I've gotten a bit vindictive about it
with my filler content. I might call it quits on that too. Trouble
is that... as per the camel is a horse designed by a committee I'm
getting tangled in their politics and I have zero interest in that.

And that is I think all the news I have... ahh not quite..
somethings close to blowing up my hudson msg bas again. No idea
why.. warning I'm getting is that msg text file is to large. I've
cranked up the expiry for the moment. I did look into squish wihch
I thought it did.. apparently it doesn't :/ So I'm going to have
to get to the bottom of it, or create some nifty and creative way
out of my predicament.
Everywhere you go, there you are...
