    I would like to buy a modem or router for the for myself and bbs
    per port forwording/port triggering, and a strong signal in my 4 room after same suggest for me to buty one a rount the 400.00 mark

    I'd be looking at something like a pfsense box as my edge device and a ubiquiti unifi AC-PRO for your wireless. Depends a little bit on your skill level.
