I'm not familiar with SBBS drop files, what do the % switches indicate?
I'm running it on WWIV no probs .. maybe I can help?

Here's my .bat file

BBSList.exe -D %1 -SOCKET %2
As for the command line within the doors menu, it's ..
c:\wwiv\bbslist.bat %C %H
This may differ for SBBS .. %C in WWIV is for chain.txt as the drop file (I think it's a drop file) and %H socket handle.
I hope this helps a bit. I don't run SBBS but maybe thsi will shed some light if Apam hasn't gotten you up and running already.
