Atreyu's opimion is his own to share!
I see both sides of this, because I have experienced both sides of this. Speaking for myself that has been married three times.
That isn't to say that normal good relationships don't go through ups and downs. That is life, but there is a big difference between dysfunctional relationships and good relationships..

To say nothing about how some married women lose their looks, there is no more incentive to remain attractive for you, because what for? The marriage was accomplished... like some sort of mission in a tactical combat unit.
One thing to consider, its less, much less of a problem to transition to single to married, than to reverse that decision. You're better of single than marrying the wrong person. Far better off.

The next time you think about someone who is 'gifted', or who 'has the gift' do me a favour? Stop calling it that. It's as much curse as gift. Having ful recall of every millisecond of your entire life, with 4K VR clarity, isn't something I'd wish on my worst enemy.
Me neither, I have the same problem, eidetic memory. Its the worst and

I know you likely wrote this after a few pops but it reads like you've been insulted by someone or recalling a particular hurtful moment of the past, unfortunately it may not really fit well with the "fun" part of

Consider for a moment that when you begin your post with a
negative/somber tone after drinking, its not likely to get positive or sympathetic reactions.
Again, I try not to be online when I drink. I know that only evil fills my brain. But it's also hard to tell yourself "NO! \(@_@)/" when you're drunk.
Please, once again, accept my apology. I cannot promise not to do it again, but I can promise I'll never forget.
Shut the computer off, put headphones on, gently lower the tone-arm on your favourite vinyl LP and chill out in bed. Put on some stupid TV show while listening to music and see if anything syncs-up. Assuming you have
a hi-fi system in your bedroom?
You will notice I'm not one to tell you to stop drinking or drugs. Its your life and I believe you are roughly my age, old enough to not need people on some silly net to hold your hand or telling you what to do or when to stop.
No apology necessary. I get it... and, been there, done that, except on some occasions took things far worse than on some silly message net. And paid the price BIG time on "hangover Sunday".

It took therapy for me to realize how normalized a dysfunctional, emotionally and esteem-killing marriage had become, and it took
fatherhood to realize that the relationship wouldn't let me be the father figure I wanted to be for my son to drive me to move on from my first marriage.
My son turned 18 this summer and I celebrated my 10 year anniversary with my new wife. It all worked out pretty well, I think.

I've had tinitus since at least I was a teenager. Not really sure how
I got it or when I really noticed it, but since then I've always slept with a fan on.
If the fan turns off for whatever reason (power outage, someone
switches it off, etc) I find the silence quite unsettling, not to
mention annoying because of the high pitch whistle always present in
my ears.

Finally, someone mentioned pulsing. I have tinnitus that presents as a high- pitched whine, but it's manageable. What I do notice is that when

sensation. I was too busy responding to FidoIdiots to think about you,
