SITUATION
At 1800 UTC Tropical Cyclone Niran was centred within 15 nautical miles of
latitude fourteen decimal five south (14.5S)
longitude one hundred and forty seven decimal nine east (147.9E)

Maximum winds : 50 knots
Central pressure: 982 hPa

Within 60 nautical miles in NE quadrant
and within 60 nautical miles in SE quadrant
and within 120 nautical miles in SW quadrant
