    Description: The SBU neutralised an underground cell of the Russian FSB in Kherson. During the operation, the SBU detained three local residents who were coordinating artillery rocket and bomb attacks on the city. At the end of September this year, the occupiers used their coordinates to destroy two private houses in the regional center and damage five more. As a result of the hostile shelling, about 10 civilians sustained injuries of varying severity.
