Syrskyi denied NYT`s claim about changing 2023 counteroffensive plan: "I learned lot about myself"
Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi said that the information of the American edition of The New York Times about the change in the plan of counteroffensive in the summer of 2023 is not true.
