FSB agent planned to kill Syniehubov when he arrived at scene of another massive attack - National Police

In Kharkiv, a pre-trial investigation has been completed against a Russian agent who killed a Ukrainian soldier, bombed the Shevchenkivskyi district administration and cars, and planned an assassination attempt on the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, and the head of the Derhachi Military Administration, Viacheslav Zadorenko.
