Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Ruslan Stefanchuk has begun a working visit to Strasbourg to participate in the European Conference of Presidents of Parliaments, where he met with President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe Theodoros Rouxopoulos.
